April 3—Curb and Sidewalk Project Begins

The Town has begun a long-awaited project to replace the broken and crumbling concrete curb and sidewalk in the 300-400 block of S. Talbot Street with ADA compliant granite curbs and brick sidewalks. As can happen with construction projects, once started it was determined by Talbot County that the sewer line needed to be replaced as well, adding a few days to the project.

Please expect delays and intermittent lane closures for the next several weeks as the project moves along. Call the Town Office if you have any concerns or questions at 410-745-9535. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated during this inconvenience.
