The Planning Commission meets at 6 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month at the town office located at 300 Mill Street here in St. Michaels. Applications to the Commission are due to the Town Office by noon 10 days prior to the meeting.

Phase V Subdivision for Hatton’s Garden LLC Lot 16

The public is hereby notified that the St. Michaels Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a Phase V minor subdivision request by Hatton’s Garden LLC to record a final plat for Lot 16 per the subdivisions plans approved under deed 1525/684. The Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing pursuant to §290-15 Revision plats of the St. Michaels Town Code. The public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 6pm as part of the Planning Commission’s regular meeting at the Edgar M. Bosley, Jr. Building, 300 Mill Street, St. Michaels, MD 21663. A copy of the Phase V plat is available for review in the Edgar M. Bosley, Jr. Building (Town Office), 300 Mill Street, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.

Planting 1Date: Scheduled for the first Monday of each month. Next meeting will be held on Monday, November 6th, 9 a.m.

Join your neighbors to talk about planning for a “Daffodil Festival Weekend” April 15-16, 2018 and other projects!

Meetings are planned for second Monday of each month at 9 a.m. at the St. Michaels Town Office.

November 14, 5:30 p.m.—Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the 2nd Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m., and on an as-needed basis. Applications to the Commission are due to the Town Office by noon at least 20 days prior to the scheduled hearing.
