The Planning Commission meets at 6 p.m. on the fourth Thursday of each month at the town office located at 300 Mill Street here in St. Michaels. Applications to the Commission are due to the Town Office by noon 10 days prior to the meeting.

Phase IV Subdivision for Hatton’s Garden LLC Lots 13 and 14

The public is hereby notified that the St. Michaels Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a Phase IV minor subdivision request by Hatton’s Garden LLC to record a final plats for Lots 13 and 14 per the subdivisions plans approved under deed 1525/684. The Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing pursuant to §290-15 Revision plats of the St. Michaels Town Code. The public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 6pm as part of the Planning Commission’s regular meeting at the Edgar M. Bosley, Jr. Building, 300 Mill Street, St. Michaels, MD 21663.

A copy of the Phase IV plats are available for review in the Edgar M. Bosley, Jr. Building (Town Office), 300 Mill Street, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
