The Planning Commission meets at 6pm on the fourth Thursday of each month at the town office located at 300 Mill Street here in St. Michaels. Applications to the Commission are due to the Town Office by noon 10 days prior to the meeting.

Site Plan Review for “retail sales of goods not listed” in Town Code for Cigar Retail at 300 South Talbot Street
The public is hereby notified that the St. Michaels Planning Commission will hold a simplified site plan review for a cigar retail establishment at 300 South Talbot Street (tax map 0201, parcel 1841) based on application from Symbolic Capital Partners, LLC and property owner, PIERSON LAND LLC. The site plan review is required for a “retail sales of goods not listed” under Chapter 340, Table 4.1 Table of General Land Uses of the Town Code. The simplified site plan review is scheduled for Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 6pm as part of the Planning Commission’s regular meeting at the Edgar M. Bosley, Jr. Building, 300 Mill Street, St. Michaels, MD 21663.
A copy of the site plans are available for review in the Edgar M. Bosley, Jr. Building (Town Office), 300 Mill Street, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
