The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on the 2nd Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m., and on an as-needed basis. Applications to the Commission are due to the Town Office by noon at least 20 days prior to the scheduled hearing.

Variance from R1 side yard setback requirements at 101 West Marengo St.

The public is hereby notified that the St. Michaels Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an application for a variance from R1 side yard setback requirements at 101 West Marengo St. (Tax map 0201, parcel 1959) for owner and applicant(s), FORLONEY ROBERT JOSEPH and BINDER KATHERINE ELIZABETH. The owner is seeking relief of the minimum 8’ side yard setback for a rear addition to be constructed approximately 5’-1” from the eastern property line. The case will be heard at part of the Board of Zoning Appeals regular meeting on Tuesday, August 14, 2017 at 5:30 pm at the Edgar M. Bosley, Jr. Building, 300 Mill Street, St. Michaels, MD 21663.

A copy of variance application is available for review in the Edgar M. Bosley, Jr. Building (Town Office), 300 Mill Street, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.
