The Housing Authority consists of members appointed by the Commissioners of St. Michaels for a term of five years.
The Housing Authority is not governed by Chapter 98 of the Code, but by the governing agreement between the Housing Authority and the Town; 5 year term.
Meetings are held every 4th Thursday at 11:30 a.m.
